The Event Center is available for booking for your special event. The facility is used for home basketball and volleyball games played by Colby Community College, Orange and Black Tournaments, many Unified School District #315 sports activities, family reunions, wedding receptions and a myriad of other things. The new facility was opened in the summer of 2021.

Colby Event Center Playground

We are really glad to announce that the playground is open! It is free to
the public during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8am to
5pm). Sign in at the reception desk to get access card. All children must
be accompanied by an adult while using the play area. Please see the
Playground Rules on site at the Event Center or the link below. It is also available
for private rentals at $25 per hour.
During High School, College and Rec department gamedays, it will be up to
each entity whether they would like it open or not. For it to be open
during gamedays it will need to be staffed and have supervision at all

Playground Rules

The Colby Event Center now has a Sponsorship Package for any business
interested! This would be your chance to be displayed on our TV’s in the
lobby as well as the big boards in the main gym, along with other
opportunities. The sponsorship year runs from July 1st to June 30th the
